Collective multisectoral response to teenage pregnancy is needed

This is a teenage mother at the age of 20 years with 3 children. The first child is 3years, 2nd is 2years and the youngest is one year at Ayiaya HC.

Its evident she has been delivering every year despite having conceive her first baby as a teenager.

She doesnt know how she gets pregnant and further l complains of how hard life is for her.

When counselled about her about contraception and child spacing and body rest, she revealed bse of myths she had fear of using Family Planning.
However, at the end she accepted and chose a 5 year jadelle.
